* We do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster we cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand;

* We expect the customer to provide the cleaner with a clutter-free environment, so time is spent cleaning instead of tidying. Please put away anything that would inhibit us from cleaning certain areas, such as loose clothes, papers, shoes, coats, books, toys, backpacks, dishes etc.

* We do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal droppings, human or pet feces, urine, vomit, soiled clothing or similar biohazards;

* We do not do laundry nor dishes.

Cancellation/Lock Out Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of half of the appointment cost. If service is cancelled within 24 hours of the day of your appointment, we are unable to access the home upon arrival or are turned away at the door, a full-price service will apply.
